IMPORTANT: UNBOXING / OPENING VIDEO IS MANDATORY FOR ALL RETURNS

A clear, continuous, and unedited opening video of the package is mandatory to request a return or refund for any product.

Please make sure to record a video while opening your parcel, showing the package condition and the product received. Return or refund requests without a valid opening video may not be accepted.

Returns

You may return most items within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Initiate a Return

We will provide return instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us with your order details and opening video to request an exchange.
